Parker Hurst & Burnett PLC is a full-service law firm situated in Jonesboro, the economic and judicial center of Northeast Arkansas. Although much of its client base is found in this region, the firm provides legal services to clients located throughout Arkansas and the United States. Members of the firm regularly practice in the areas of bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, business and commercial litigation, real estate law and transactions, corporate matters, lien and construction law, collections, employment matters, estate planning and probate, general litigation, insurance defense, and tort litigation including products liability.

 

The mission of Parker Hurst & Burnett PLC is to provide cost-effective quality representation and efficiently managed legal services. The firm’s three attorneys have combined experience of more than 54 years in private practice. Employing three lawyers and four support staff, the firm is small enough to provide personal attention to individual clients, yet strong and flexible enough to tackle complex litigation and transaction representation against large firms.

 

The firm’s office is located at 3000 Browns Lane in the central Jonesboro area, visible from Highway 63 and adjacent to Barton’s Do It Center. The office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., with appointments available by agreement after hours and on weekends.
